David is a qualified quantity surveyor having worked as a cost consultant in both the private and public sector before joining Causeway. He is a senior product manager within Causeway Technologies, with responsibility for the product development of our CATO / BIM solutions.
David has over 25 years’ experience in the Software Solutions industry, originally working in the Electrical Contractors domain, progressing those solutions to full Service Management Suites. Joining Causeway via acquisition in 2009, he soon became involved with products across the entire Domain.
He has a passion for Software Development across the full life-cycle, particularly around Customer Engagement from requirements to successful delivery. Despite moving up to the position of CTO, keeping a hands-on approach to Technology is a personal goal.
David’s role as CTO is both to be overall head of existing Product Development, as well as forging the path toward Causeway's next generation Cloud Solutions.
Having been HR Director for Fiat Auto Financial Services Ltd, Fiona was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2007, before joining Causeway in 2008 as Group Human Resources Director.
Responsible for HR management and employees across all locations, Fiona and her team support the business in its mission to become an employer of choice for talented and energised people. Under Fiona’s HR leadership, Causeway is building competitive advantage, through high performing and motivated staff committed to Causeway’s vision and goals.
Trained at renowned IT sector law firm Bird & Bird, Hywel qualified as a solicitor in 2004 before joining leading Welsh firm, Hugh James. Here, he specialised in IT and commercial contracts and acting for both suppliers and customers in the private and public sectors.
Hywel joined Causeway in January 2010, as Head of Legal and Company Secretary. His engaging and collaborative approach helps us build long term ‘win-win’ commercial frameworks with our customers.
James has over 16 years' experience delivering enterprise and project-based software solutions to the construction industry. He has helped some of the industry’s leading consultants and contractors deliver innovative solutions to ever-changing client requirements.
James leads our team of industry experts who are collectively responsible for ensuring that Causeway customers are connected with the Causeway solutions that enable them to gain competitive advantage.
After a brief stint in accounting, Lynne quickly discovered a passion for IT and has never looked back. Starting as a developer, working mainly within the construction software market sector, Lynne quickly ascended to the role R&D Director for Integrity Software.
Lynne’s 25 years of experience in analysis and development has led to her current role as EVP of Systems and Operations, responsible for Causeway’s Hosting Strategy, internal systems and IT.
Understanding that information is more important than data, Lynne takes a hands-on approach including implementing and maintaining the Data Warehouse and innovative reporting tools.
Mark is a chartered accountant. Having qualified in 1992 he worked for Deloitte & Touche before taking up the position of Financial Director and Managing Director at Premier Computer Group, which was acquired by Integrity Software in 1999. Mark subsequently became Financial Director of Integrity and then led an MBO to become Chief Executive Officer. He joined Causeway as CFO in January 2009. His commercial experience in the IT sector and his extensive corporate experience in acquisitions and mergers is key to helping develop the Group in the future.
Paul has over 20 years' experience in the enterprise software industry, having worked in various senior director roles for global US publicly listed companies such as OpenText and Hummingbird.
Paul’s energy and enthusiasm enable him to develop Causeway’s relationships with the leading construction industry stakeholders in the EMEA, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Paul helps developers, contractors and consultants with their overall IT strategies, and he is also a published authority on the emerging use of BIM.
Peter brings considerable experience to the board, having managed businesses operating in the software market for over 25 years.
Having spent 3 years as the European CEO of SVI Holdings, a US-listed software business, Peter was appointed as Chairman of Integrity Software Ltd. During this time, he oversaw the company's disposal as part of an MBO in the summer of 2005. He brings to Causeway a natural flair for business and a proven ability to successfully implement growth strategies. Peter is currently Chairman of Cinesite, one of the world’s leading visual effects and animation companies.
Phil founded Causeway in the spring of 1999, with a vision to create a business that would become the leading software partner to companies operating within the construction industry.
Under Phil's direction, Causeway has grown to become the UK’s largest provider to the construction industry and one of the leading providers globally. As Executive Chairman, Phil oversees all corporate matters at Causeway. He has an active role in managing our product strategy and the further development of Tradex, our Source-to-Pay cloud platform that processes over £5 billion in annual invoices for over 35,000 companies.
Srikumar is a Specialist in Software Development. He is passionate in migrating to newer technologies and improve performance of CATO consistently. He is skilful at modifying User Interface and solving issues on business logic related to Causeway’s CATO Software.
Described by Construction News and Construction Manager as ‘the construction industry's e-Envoy’, Tim has been promoting integrated business for over 20 years. In addition to his responsibilities within Causeway, Tim is a director of the Business Application Software Developers Association (BASDA), as well as being a member of the UK National e-Invoicing Forum (UKNEF) and leads the interoperability activities as an executive member of the European e-Invoicing Service Providers Association (EESPA).
