Study support

We support a wide range of professional qualifications across our teams. If you are studying for a qualification that is a requirement for your role, you decide where and how you want to study and we will help you make it happen. We may also support you in gaining qualifications that are not essential to your job.

Work experience

Some areas of our business are able to offer summer work experience schemes where you can find out what we do and get involved with some of our activities. If you already have ideas or aspirations for your future we'll make sure you gain some relevant experience.

As well as assisting our employees’ children we are also willing to support young people from the wider community. To participate in our summer work experience scheme you must be aged 15 - 21 and still in education.
